Renewal Service
Failing to file the Public Information Report (PIR) or Franchise Tax Report is one of the main reasons we see our clients’ companies losing their good standing and being dissolved by the state. Renewal Service can prevent this from happening to your business.
If you don’t file required compliance reports, your company will be charged with late fees, and eventually it will be terminated by the Secretary of State. If this happens, you’ll need to file overdue reports and pay a reinstatement fee to get your company back into good standing.
To prevent our clients from dealing with these negative consequences, we include enrollment in our Renewal Service with Registered Agent, Company Formation, and Foreign Registration Services.
How does Renewal Service work?
All of our registered agent clients are enrolled in our Renewal Service for no upfront charge.
Before your PIR and/or Franchise Tax Report is due, we’ll send multiple email reminders. Then, we’ll file your report(s) accurately and on time for $100 + any state fees or taxes you may owe. If you prefer to file these reports yourself, simply cancel Renewal Service in your client account.

Apostille
An Apostille is required when you register to do business in a foreign country and is used to verify that your business formation documents (or any other document you must supply) are legitimate. Getting an Apostille can be complicated, so we’re ready to do the busywork for you.
Certificate of Good Standing
A Certificate of Good Standing shows that your business is in compliance with the Texas Secretary of State and may be required when you register to do business in another state or for certain financial transactions. If you don’t want to obtain your Certificate of Good Standing on your own, we can handle it for you!
